要旨Abstract

　本論文は，最近，初の報告書を作成したInternational Panel on Social Progress (IPSP)「社会進歩に関する国際パネル」の仕事を説明する2)．この新たな取り組みの動機，作業の方法，そして集団としての考え方の主要な結果を概説する．

　The purpose of this paper is to reconsider the implication of IPSP (the International Panel on Social Progress) project, why such a project should have been newly established, what is the characteristic of it distinguished from the previous academic movements.
